This week I am will ask for some feedback for my work and ask the teacher to print off my work so I can do it at home and bring it back to school. And if I don't do this I will have to do it in my own time or at home.  

Pythagoras theorem

  This is Pythagoras theorem Mr rees has been teaching us this way of math for 2 weeks. Pythagoras theorem has been around for 2000 years and maybe even longer.

A search and rescue boat goes to lunch off of the shore the engine fails the current is going 5km/h and the wind is going 20km/h how fare will the boat go in 30min 1hr 1.5hr 4hr.

to solve this question you must drow a diagram then you must lable what has been given to you like this a=2.5 b=5 c=hyp gust so you know the hypotenuse is the opposite side of the right angle.

But before we do that we have to explain how we calculate c. To calculate c the tringle has to be a right angle triangle and is at a right angle triangle, yes it is. So now we can do that step that is under this explosion.

Then you do this you go 2.5^2+5^2=31.25 or 125/4
